I teach intermediate and advanced yoga classes that are challenging yet incredibly rewarding. With each class, I aim to help you feel better in your body and mind.
Yoga is about showing up, doing your best, and letting it all sink in. My classes focus on building physical stability and strength while syncing with the breath. Through this practice, we become stronger in both body and mind.
I draw inspiration from various yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Forrest, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Lotus Flow, Anusara, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, and Yoga Works. With this background, we’ll practice a well-rounded yoga experience that will leave you feeling incredible.
My classes are designed to clear your mind of what’s unnecessary, shift your energy, build your confidence, and give you space to indulge in joyous moments while preparing you to deal with discomfort without uncontrollable anxiety.
I’m here to help you advance your practice and learn more about yourself holistically. So take what makes sense and leave behind what doesn’t. Together, we’ll achieve our best selves.
About Me
For over two decades, my daily yoga practice has been my constant companion through life’s most challenging moments and joyful occasions. With teachers from all around the globe, my sequencing, delivery, and alignment cues have been influenced and shaped, leading me to qualify at FYS in 2016.
My past and current teachers, including Jesse Schein, Vinnie Marino, Lucinda Pimlott, Steph Jackson, Mia Togo, Keren Cooksey, Lucy McCarthy, and many others, have played an essential role in my growth as a yoga teacher. I always honor them in my teachings.
Even though I am not a full-time yoga teacher, my practice is a crucial part of my life, and it has helped me reach incredible heights. As an associate professor at Falmouth Uni, School of Film and TV, I know that the benefits of yoga extend beyond the mat and can positively impact every aspect of our lives.
Yoga is not just a series of poses or breathing exercises. It’s a profound way of life that has been passed down through generations. It’s about sharing our knowledge and wisdom with others to help them find peace and well-being.
I am grateful for my yoga practice and its transformative impact on my life. I don’t keep it a secret; I share it with others, hoping to inspire them to embark on their journey of dself-discovery.
