About Me

My Full-time Practice & Part-time Teaching

Training, Experience & Qualifications

Many yoga teachers worldwide have influenced and shaped my sequencing, class delivery, and alignment cues. Their work led me to qualify as a vinyasa teacher in 2016 after a year-long training course at the FYS. Graduating as a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher has not stopped me from attending additional Level 2 courses, and I still indulge in yoga training weekends.

My past and current teachers, including Jesse Schein, Vinnie Marino, Lucinda Pimlott, Steph Jackson, Mia Togo, Keren Cooksey, Lucy McCarthy, and many others, have played an essential role in my growth as a yoga teacher. I always honour them in my practice.

Daily Practice

Even though I am not a full-time yoga teacher, my practice is a crucial part of my life and has helped me reach incredible heights and bounce back from the lows. Working at Falmouth University’s School of Film and TV can sometimes be stressful and demanding. Surprisingly, it is often at my job, not on the mat, where I experience the benefits of yoga.

My daily practice is not just a series of cute poses or breathing exercises. It’s a way of life and a cleansing ritual. Much of it calls for sharing with others to help them find peace and well-being.

I am incredibly grateful for my yoga practice and its transformative impact on my life. I don’t keep it a secret; I share it with others, hoping to inspire them to embark on self-discovery.
